Chief Executive Officer
As an owner director of Waterfall Catering Group, Jim has more than 20 years’ experience in the contract catering market, including 7 years' as Regional Managing Director for a major international healthcare service provider. Jim also possesses more than 8 years’ experience as a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers working in the National Health Service.
Jim graduated in bio chemical engineering and also received a Master Degree in Finance. He lives in Cheshire and is an active member of a busy family with three boys, the local rugby club as a coach and also a governor of a school, along with a recent trustee appointment to a local hospice.
